SALMON is a seafood favorite that never gets old in this household.
We love this recipe because it is quick, easy, and can be created in 30-minutes or less!
Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon
- Olive oil
- 1 TBL Something Spicy
- ½ teaspoon Old Bay or
- 4 grinder clicks or two pinces or Himalayan sea salt
- lemon squeeze
- parsley
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a baking pan with olive oil.

Combine dry seasonings in a small bowl.
- Pat salmon dry, remove skin (optional), then lightly coat with olive oil.

Apply dry seasonings generously to both sides of the salmon. No bland tasting salmon over here!☝️
- Place salmon into pan and then into oven for 10-12 minutes, then broil on high for the remainings 4-5.
- Take salmon out of oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes; then apply a generous lemon squeeze and sprinkle with fresh parsley
