Crispy Oven Baked Salmon

SALMON is a seafood favorite that never gets old in this household.

We love this recipe because it is quick, easy, and can be created in 30-minutes or less! 


  • 1 lb salmon 
  • Olive oil
  • 1 TBL Something Spicy
  • ½ teaspoon Old Bay or 
  • 4 grinder clicks or two pinces or Himalayan sea salt
  • lemon squeeze
  • parsley


  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a baking pan with olive oil.
  • Combine dry seasonings in a small bowl.
  • Pat salmon dry, remove skin (optional), then lightly coat with olive oil.
  • Apply dry seasonings generously to both sides of the salmon. No bland tasting salmon over here!☝️
  • Place salmon into pan and then into oven for 10-12 minutes, then broil on high for the remainings 4-5.
  • Take salmon out of oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes; then apply a generous lemon squeeze and sprinkle with fresh parsley
  • ENJOY!
